Drawing on the extensive trial experience of Donato D. Ramos, the firm represents clients in all aspects of oil and gas litigation, including but not limited to claims and disputes for royalty underpayment, surface use issues, bad faith pooling, lease termination, title disputes, deed construction and interpretation matters, improper lease administration, and breaches of implied covenants in the oil and gas lease. Not all disputes require litigation, but, if necessary, the firm is prepared to aggressively pursue their client’s right to a trial by jury.
The firm also represents clients in all types of oil and gas transactions, including but not limited to the negotiation of oil and gas leases, pipeline easements, division orders, royalty documents, title documents, deeds, eminent domain and condemnation documents, salt water disposal facility agreements, seismic agreements, tank facility agreements, and all other types of oil and gas transactional documents.
